At Wolf Creek Enterprises, we want everyone to be able to enjoy a great vacation getaway of their own. That is why we try and provide properties that will accomodate most budgets. Here is an overview of our payment options available if you decide you would like to purchase one of our properties.
Option 1...
Payment in full. If you have the money on hand or can get a bank loan for the purchase price, we would have a deed made out to you for the property upon closing.
Option 2
Land Contract. If you do not have the cash available, cannot get a conventional loan, or just don't want to pay the full price all at once, you can choose the land contract option. If you decide to opt for this, there would be a 5% down payment and a 1% per month payment at 10% interest.
For Example: Let's say you purchase a $9500.00 lot. The down payment would be $475.00 and the monthly payment would be $95.00.
Or if you purchase a $29,500.00 lot. The down payment would be $1475.00 and the monthly payment would be $295.00...and so on.
**This option is only available for vacant land, not houses.
**Property taxes are the responsibility of purchaser and may be included with monthly payment.
